Instructions

Plug your amazon power cable into the OTG adapter (included), plug in the other end of the OTG cable into your Amazon fire device (not 4th Gen cube). You now have a USB to connect the LAN Ethernet adapter to.  Connect your ethernet cable to the adapter and your router. wait up to 15 minutes for connection. Usually works instantly. 

 

TROUBLESHOOTING.

Power fire device off. Make Ethernet cable connection prior to plugging in power. Allow fire stick 10- seconds to turn on. wait 1-2 minutes to wired connection to complete. Verify by selecting setting>network.

Not for Roku devices

 

If you see WiFi networks verify you do not have a 1st gen stick as the adapter is not compatible with 1st Gen sticks. To check your stick, remove it from the TV and turn it over. on the back of the stick look for these numbers...

1st-gen = 2ABDU-0509

If you have a 2nd Gen stick, 4K 4K max etc... or higher, connect everything one more time...Please wait 15 minutes as not all sticks will connect within a few minutes. If after 1 hour please contact us so we can help further
